REFUNDS

All sales are final and no refund will be issued. 

If item arrives damaged or otherwise unable to be used, we are happy to send a replacement item(s). All products are made to order and once made, there is no allowance for monetary refunds at this time. In the case of a missing shipment, you must investigate with your mailing service first, prior to requesting a replacement.
